Joe Polchinski had a lasting influence on theoretical physics and an extraordinary impact on a wide range of friends and colleagues. In this meeting we will gather to celebrate Joe's career with scientific talks and reminiscences. The morning session will contain talks of current interest in several of Joe's lines of development. In the afternoon, we will continue with personal reminiscences from a broad set of physics colleagues, including many informal recollections.
