On employment and periodically thereafter, staff is asked to complete an appropriate form, from which the information is entered into the family screen in the database. Staff may also enter any personal changes directly in the Family section in our database. Emergency contacts in the event of the alarm being triggered are the CAO or Director.
If a phone number is moved, it needs to be updated in the UCSB campus database so that 911 calls are responded to appropriately.
What do we do in the event of a fire alarm?
Immediately exit the building and meet on the lawn across from the 1500 wing.
Where are first aid supplies kept?
Some first aid supplies are kept in the kitchen in a cupboard to the left of the refrigerator, as well as a duffel bag in the Business Officer's office and the 2nd Safety Rep staff office (currently 1108, Housing Coordinator.) There is also an AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrilator) located just outside the Small Seminar Room 1003A, in a red box. Instructions are in the box.
