A morning break and lunch each day, afternoon breaks on full meeting days, and two dinners are included in the conference registration fee.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. Participants who cancel more than ten days preceding the conference will receive a full refund of fees paid.
2. Cancellations less than ten days before the conference will result in a refund of fees paid less the Special Events fee.
3. Fees for "no shows" will not generally be refunded.
4. Fees paid after the deadline are subject to a late fee.
