We have moved our housing form into our online application system, Herald. It can be found by logging in to Herald at
https://www.kitp.ucsb.edu/herald
Once you have logged in, you can apply for housing for your visit by clicking on the orange 'Apply for Housing' button next to your visit dates, as pictured:
